Great location near the main square and bus station. Jacuzzi on the roof. Helpful staff. Bathroom and shower in the basement that can be used after check out; it was useful as we had a night flight.
Felt very well, no complaints.

Very clean, nice family run place. It's not for honeymoon or luxuary vacation, but good for budget. Not much views from the room but it's right next to the bus station.
No breakfast. but for the money, it's reasonable.

On arrival at the port, there was a minivan that collected us and a few others to be dropped off at our particular hotels. Villa Roussa doesn't look like much from the outside, but it's very clean (great daily room service), spacious enough and the location is superb. Our room was below street level and luggage had to be carried down a short flight of stairs. Often, there was no light on to light the way, which was disconcerting at first and made it hard to unlock the door. We were so close to the taxi and bus stops and the shops in Fira, but it was surprisingly quiet at night. Booked a twin room, but was given a triple room. No locks in the bathroom though. Gr8 free wired net. Owner welcoming and he personally dropped us off at the port!

Free pick up from port, friendly staff- very nice. Clean room which was centrally located.
25 Euro pre-season was great for late May. No complaints really. Missed some creature comforts though like community area/ sundeck, but nothing that was a deal breaker.

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect for our romantic escape. We were just steps away from the main bus station, making it incredibly convenient to explore Santorini. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. We also loved the small pool with jets on the roof - it was a nice bonus to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing.
The noise coming from the neighboring room. Despite our requests for silence, the neighbors continued to be loud, even after the staff intervened.

Staff was very friendly; relatively big bathroom; very convenient location.
Our room was not spacious (but comfortable) when compared with other budget hotels or pensions that we stayed during the whole trip in Greece.

Very convenient location. 1 min walk to the bus stop and 5 mins to the caldera.
It is a very basic hotel. If you think "Villa" in its name suggests anything luxury, expect the opposite. Nevertheless, for the price we paid, it was OK.

Excellent location near bus station, safe and quiet area, lovely balcony, roof top dining area and pool, welcoming and friendly host.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

We travelled in a group of 3. The staff were very friendly and helpful. One particular instance of this was that we were even picked up to and fro the airport without any additional cost. The triple room which we stayed in was spacious, and the bathroom facilities adequate. As per other reviews, the accommodation venue is just in front of the bus terminal, hence it has been very convenient for us to take a bus from our accommodation to explore the other parts of Santorini.

Only staying for 3 days, Villa Roussa was the perfect choice due to its convenient location near Fira's bus station. No need to climb the stairs with our luggage. Check-in at 1:00 AM was a breeze. The comfortable mattress, good Wi-Fi, and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable. A clean, spacious room with great air conditioning provided a comfortable retreat after exploring Santorini. Highly recommend Villa Roussa for its prime location and value for money.
Do recommend this hotel.

The owner drove us for free from the port to the hotel. It is very close to bus station and Fira centre. The room is clean and perfect for a short stay at Fira If you plan to visit the island (not for those expecting a romantic Santorini experience inside the hotel)
The fridge inside the room is noisy so we had to switch it off at night

Superb place (cannot be beaten when you factor price and locale) Very clean, great mattress, good aircon, recently renovated bathroom with awesome high pressure shower head and the public WiFi even worked in our room. If you don't care for a view the location is second to none, a one minute walk to the Fira bus station and 1 minute by foot to the city centre. The owner is a wonderful host as well. Highly recommended.
